I just had to do a double-take when I was going over our March sales… I lost a stylist in February… and we hit our highest sales month yet in March at $102,076. My little team of 4 stylists, 2 assistants, 1 guest coordinator, and me!! Praise God!
I just got my Q1 financials back and had a 20% profit!!
I want to scream from the rooftops!!!!!!! We just ended our first month of the year, and my first month not being behind the chair, and WE came just barely under our goal..... painfully close. BUT when I went and looked, we increased by 25 FREAKING percent from last January!!!! WITHOUT ME!!!! Thank you, PIP, for giving me the organization and guidance for me to move my team and my entrepreneurship into another universe. I love this company, and you are stuck with me!!!!
When I joined PIP, my gross sales were $369,000, and I was essentially breaking even with no owner's pay. The only income I had was what I earned behind the chair as a stylist. Here's where I landed after one year in PIP: $443,085 in gross sales. $31,292 in profit — and this is after: Paying for a full year of PIP, stepping out from behind the chair, taking more time off than I ever have, paying myself as owner (for the first time ever!)
I just want to say how grateful I am for you and this program! Even though it's been super hard, I can feel the benefits already, just 6 months in. I've created more income, hired my first GHT, have goals for 2026, and am now implementing things at my first salon.
When I started with PIP 2023, I was working full-time with 1 new stylist and 1 associate, all while triple booking clients!! I clocked in about 200k a year, with me bringing in about 150k alone. I am going on my 4th year with PIP. I've completely stepped from behind the chair and hired our 10th employee this past quarter. We went from 200 sqft to 1200 sqft. But the win is even in ALL the growth we were able to lead our team into closing the year at 460k.
We joined PIP in January and started implementing new systems Feb 1 with our 3 commission stylists. We've seen a 32% increase in retail and a PROFIT INCREASE of 5k since Feb 1. We definitely put in the work and EARNED it, but loving this forward momentum!! We're RLCEO believers!!
My vision, and little girl dreams are finally coming true after almost 10 years in business, and it's the best feeling. If you're wondering if this investment is worth it, it is. It's taken every dime I have and then some, but the Lord has truly made a way. Thank you, PIP, and my rockstar professor, Professor Mallory, for the swift kicks in the butt to get me here. I just signed my lease for my second location!!!! It's really happening, I am so thankful for this group of passionate humans to understand me through this journey of ownership and leadership!!! Professor Jess, thank you for guiding and holding me to the level of expectation that I want to live in. Professor Sam, thank you for being the convincing factor that made me take the leap and join.
I'm SO proud to share my team has increased our revenue this year by an average of $8,000 a month. That's with the same team of four and each stylist working no more than 32 hours a week. We are truly growing, and it feels amazing to see their hard work and consistency pay off. The Daily Tracker has become such a tangible reminder that all of these small, intentional efforts really do add up.
As scared as I was to add to my debts by joining this program, I'm feeling extremely grateful right now. I am not a numbers person at all, and going through these spreadsheets is eye-opening in the best way. I would have never figured out any of this myself, so thank you to Professor Heather for putting all of these spreadsheets together and Professor Jess for holding my hand through it all!
September was our highest sales month ever….. but then October came…. Holy WOW!!! So proud of my team!!!!! It's always a work in progress, but I love seeing years of practicing pip systems working!!
My profit increased from $10k to $40k in one year with PIP, and that includes monthly payments for this program and stepping away from the chair. I raised prices more than I ever have in 43 years, paid myself as the owner, and gave myself a Christmas bonus. This was our most profitable year we've ever had! Thank you.
Before PIP, 7 months ago I was profiting .5-5ish%…. Quarter 4 last year profited 2-5%. Now we are profiting 24-33%…. Got my very first-ever draw for Q1 2024. Humbly bragging here because no one else (besides my sweet husband) understands how huge this is.
We hit all of our goals last month! And are at $220k for the quarter. Biggest one yet for us!
My landlord came back with reducing my rent by half for the next 6 months to contribute to my investment in his space!! So that's HUGE. But additionally, after looking at my company expenses more closely? I have more than enough profit to cover this huge expense! Not exactly what I want to do with profit! BUT! PIP is the reason I have almost 9k in profit since opening! So amazing. So thankful!!!!
We had our highest revenues for January, February, and March since we've been open. This is without the stylists who left... This was just our regular team with reasonable prices. Everyone has grown so much and I am so proud.
Before this course I didn't know squat about the amount of money I should be spending and I lost so much money... Now, I'm actually profiting and saving money to give back to my team.
I cannot say how life-changing this is! From running on adrenaline (fight or flight to making the day happen) to thriving with passion & giving the full experience. I can go home and have energy left in the tank for my son and myself. I am near tears of relief, and this is only the beginning. I am on fire & can't wait to see all of our lives at Flowe transform. In our first month with PIP in February we brought in $28,800. This past month, after 8 months with PIP and getting through lots of scary changes, with so much support... we cleared $53,000!
Just closed out Q1 and I could legit pass out. Service sales are up 42% over last year and retail is up 118%. RLCEO is revolutionary, y'all!
I've never worked so hard on my business as I did this year with PIP. I reduced my days behind the chair, tripled my prices, did ALL this with fear in my stomach! I have never been able to see profit like this in my business! I'm in tears because I know this is just the beginning!

Today we had our highest service sales and retail sales EVER!!! Also looks like we are tracking to come in at about 12-15,000 more than last month. Love Rich Life so much!
I can already feel a shift in our culture to this place of intense gratitude for all the great ways our team contributes to caring for each other during the work week! I felt like our culture was good before.. but the energy just felt a little tired. I'm feeling excited and very confident in the direction we are going.
Being our first year in expanding the business from a single suite to a small (and mighty) team of three, we've over doubled the sales from the previous year... we haven't had a single month in the red.
Just got my February profit and loss and I made a 15% profit!!! Even though I've had Profit First Banking set up for a year, this is the first month where I felt like I actually could plan out my budget and understand my numbers vs just spending and praying. Love the company expense sheet SO MUCH.
For the first time my CAPS & TAPS payroll is at 50%!!!! I have been hovering around 60%. This feels amazing!
